My gear is damaged. What should I do?

– If the Renter has purchased the short term insurance –

Cosmetic damage such as light scratches (except on lenses) or a little bit of dirt are considered normal wear and are not covered by the insurance. You must always inspect the gear with the Renter when he brings it back. If any new, non-cosmetic, damage is discovered, please inform your Renter that he must file an insurance claim either to our insurance partner Groupe Ruyssen-Boccart (AXA) or to their production insurance supplier (if they choose this option). Please take pictures and also send them to hello@motiontribe.io se we are informed.

Any damage must be reported within 24h after the equipment is returned to you. Any damage reported after 24h may not be covered by the insurance.
