What if damage cost is inferior to the deductible?

As for most insurance policies, the Renter is responsible for paying the deductible. Luckily, our short-term insurance has a deductible 6-12 times cheaper than traditional rental houses.

If damage occurs for a value inferior to the deductible, the insurance cannot be used and the renter is responsible for reimbursing the owner for those damages.

For example, if during a shoot a renter damages a tripod and the replacement or fixing costs is £110, the insurance is not applicable as the damage is inferior to the £250 deductible. In such situation the renter is responsible for reimbursing the owner.
