Cancellation policy

We strongly encourage Renters to make firm bookings but if you need to cancel, please inform the Owner/Renter and MotionTribe (support@motiontribe.io) as soon as possible.

If you are forced to cancel a rental, this may incur cancellation fees. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If a Renter cancels two days before pickup or more, there is a full refund with the exception of MotionTribe’s fees.
  • If a Renter cancels the day before the pickup, there is a 50% refund with the exception of MotionTribe’s fees.
  • If a Renter cancels on pickup date, there is no refund.
